SimbaCom was founded in 2005 to provide a rapid-deployment team of highly trained and security-cleared Field Service Representatives (FSRs) anywhere in the world, usually within 72 hours. Partnering with some of the biggest players in the satcom industry today, SimbaCom has grown its reputation for providing real-time, on-the-ground systems engineering, logistics, and on-site maintenance and support. Our FSRs are available for extended assignments both domestically and in austere, hazardous "down-range" environments, and are usually fully self-sufficient in the field.

Most of our technicians have extensive military backgrounds in addition to in-depth satellite communications training in satellite engineering, global telecommunications, Internet Protocol (IP), and "outside-the-wire" operations and field maintenance and support services. Back at SimbaCom's Virginia headquarters, our FSRs are backed 24/7 by an experienced team of subject matter experts, engineers, scientists, technicians, and program managers to ensure their mission is completed successfully no matter the unexpected challenges.

As SimbaCom's services have evolved and grown, we use customized satellite communications platform protocols to provide voice-over IP (VoIP), data services, and customized integrated solutions to both our government and commercial customers who need an alternative to traditional satellite operations facilities and staffing.
